If you play violin, viola or cello, here is your opportunity to learn how to be a great accompanist, from one of today’s most respected cellists and celtic artists, String Master Natalie Haas. In this hands-on session, Natalie will help you develop your accompaniment tool kit, on your way to becoming your ensemble’s MVP!

About this Event

In this complimentary one-hour session, Natalie will share the secrets of her success as a celtic music collaborator, teaching you all the ways of providing backup for fiddle tunes, including harmonies, riffs, basic chordal substitutions, shuffling, chopping, and creating a cohesive arrangement with many repetitions of the same melody. This session is designed for intermediate to advanced bowed string players.

How to Prepare for your Session

Bring your instrument! Natalie will provide music online during the session.  Connection details to the session will be provided no later than 24 hours before the start of the session or upon registration.
