How to Prepare for your Session

Just show up, ready to be enlightened! No need to bring your instrument or gear for this informative session. Matt will provide materials online, directly in the group class window, which are yours to keep. Connection details to the session will be provided no later than 24 hours before the start of the session or upon registration.
